Grass Fed Beef

Our beef is ethically raised under regenerative farming principals and on land that is free from herbicides, pesticides and  artificial fertilisers  

It benefits from low stress stock handling and is grass fed and grass finished

Feedback from customers is consistently that of extraordinary and flavoursome beef.

Our sausages are a more traditional one of course ground beef, with salt, ground pepper fresh garlic and parsley the only additions. No preservatives or fillers are added.

Should our cattle require drenching or antibiotics – they are used judiciously. However, we would normally choose not to use any drenches or antibiotics in the beef that is processed for sale in our beef boxes. If any of these products are used for the welfare of the animals – we will advertise as such.

Beef boxes will be available again by the end of May.

Enquiries about extra cuts are welcome, as always, we shall try and accommodate.
