We sell grass fed/finished beef that is ethically raised.
Feedback from customers is consistently that of extraordinarily tender and flavoursome beef.
It benefits from low stress handling and a grass fed/finished diet. Grown entirely on pasture and dry aged for 28 days our beef develop a rich flavour.
We produce a more traditional coarse ground sausage - adding free range pork fat, salt, pepper and herbs. We do not add fillers and preservatives.
We use stress-free stock handling practices on land that is free from artificial fertilisers, insecticides and herbicides. No antibiotics, dips or drenches are used.

Our 10kg beef boxes are normally available for delivery within Orange, NSW Tuesday and Friday mornings.
We will update the site as soon as more beef is available.
We occasionally have individual cuts available, but they are currently sold out.
