We sell grass fed/finished beef that is ethically raised.
Feedback from customers is consistently that of extraordinarily tender and flavoursome beef. We dry age it for 4 weeks.
We produce a more traditional coarse ground sausage - adding free range pork fat, salt, pepper and herbs. We do not add fillers and preservatives.
We use stress-free stock handling practices on land that is free from artificial fertilisers, insecticides and herbicides. No antibiotics, dips or drenches are used.
This months 10kg boxes are all sold out, sorry.
We have recently sold out of all beef cuts.
Will have boxes available again in a couple of months.
